Member payment portals are available online for each location — Whitehall, Hart, Ludington, and Manistee — through the Member Payment section of the website. You can also stop in during staffed hours at any AFC location for assistance.

You can join online by selecting your location on the Join Now page. Separate sign-up portals are available for Ludington, Hart, Whitehall, and Manistee. You can also sign up in person during staffed hours at any AFC location.

AFC has four locations serving the communities of Whitehall, Hart, Ludington, and Manistee in Michigan.

Children ages 12 and older may be added to an adult’s membership and must remain accompanied by that adult during their workouts. Teens ages 16 and older may have their own membership with a parent or guardian’s signature on the required waiver.

Yes! Memberships can be frozen at no charge for 1–3 months when you have a set return date. Your membership will automatically reactivate at the end of the freeze period.

For longer breaks or uncertain return dates, cancellation may be the better option. You can rejoin within 12 months without paying another enrollment fee.

During staffed hours, our team is happy to answer general fitness questions and show you how to use equipment safely. Please remember that although members have 24/7 gym access, staff are not on-site around the clock.

No, membership access is limited to you and any dependents included on your plan. Guests who are not listed on your membership must purchase a day pass and complete a valid liability waiver before using the gym.
