This was really good for me—I get on auto-pilot without thinking/evaluating what I’m eating.
Last year I did a challenge like this and I eat very little gluten now so this wasn’t as big a shock to my system as it was then.
I found out I still need more water and the sugar people bring to work to share really add up–I lie to myself and say its rare but found out it’s not!!!
