What is SilverSneakers ®
 The
SilverSneakers ®
Fitness Program is the nation's leading exercise
program designed exclusively for older adults. Members
receive a basic fitness center membership at no cost. The
program includes use of basic amenities and access
to our signature SilverSneakers® classes, which will be offered at each
site.
Instructors are Certified
Olympus 24 hr Health & Fitness Group Fitness
Instructors
and Personal Trainers,
that have been given
additional training from SilverSneakers®.
The program
is typically offered to Medicare-eligible members of a
sponsoring organization or health plan. Medicare-eligible
members are
adult's age 65 or older,
or in some cases, those of
any age deemed
disabled and are receiving Medicare.
