to help you with your fitness goals. 

 

PERSONAL TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

At America’s Fitness Center, our personal trainers are focused on your individuality, your ability and availability while providing a dynamic and interactive experience in a motivating environment.

To affect change, our trainers will take you beyond your comfort zone and traditional habits of exercise to a level of physical condition and overall sense of well being that would be otherwise unattainable.
 

 We offer strength training, sport specific conditioning, one on one boxing, Active Isolated Stretch, and Holistic Life Coaching.

 

After joining the gym, we will meet with you one on one for a free consultation,

where you can ask questions and learn about the programs we have to offer.

NEW!!  Circuit Training Program Offered

Personal Training in a small group setting. Workout with a friend.

Twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

Come early and get warmed up with Cardio and be ready to start @ 6:30pm.


Instructor: Natalie is certified in Personal Trainer, Active Isolated Stretching, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach and a Licensed Practical Nurse.  Natalie will do a complimentary body fat composition, and record weight and

measurements for anyone who signs up.



What is Circuit Training? A circuit of exercises set up in sequence. The exercises are preformed one after the other, each stressing a different muscle group.  We know you’re busy and have other things to do, or rather being doing; places to go and people pulling you every direction. Let’s say you have 1hour to work out, and you need to use that time effectively. Three things circuit training will include for you is cardiovascular training, muscle toning and stretch. With the use of calisthenics, dumbbells, machines, resistance bands and medicine balls we will get you to burn fat, tone your entire body. Class will end with abdominal exercises and stretch. Just knowing you can look forward to checking off your “workout” off your daily to-do list!
