Our Group Fitness Classes are designed for everyone,
from
the first time exerciser to the more experienced.
We offer a wide range of
class styles from
Strength Training and Boxing
to Cycle, Yoga,
Pilates & Kettlebell training.
Just download our class schedules to see the many
opportunities available for you.
All classes are included in your membership, unless otherwise
stated, and are offered at both locations.
Childcare is available in Rosemount only.
