 Please note - even if schools are closed due to bad weather
classes will run as scheduled. The only change that might occur 
would be substitute instructor. Only extreme circumstances would cause
 a class to be cancelled. Childcare will stay open as well!

Our Group Fitness Classes are designed for everyone,
from the first time exerciser to the more experienced. 
 
We offer a wide range of class styles from
Strength Training
and Boxing to Cycle, Yoga, Pilates
and the very popular Turbo Kick and Zumba!!

We have a large array of classes offered at both locations
both in the morning and evening and on weekends.

 

Group Fitness Classes are included in your membership - at BOTH locations.
No extra fees required.
 

Childcare is provided at our Rosemount location, during all class times.
